Trough original text and English translation formatted optimally for e-readers, Wolf Pup Books gives easy access to the classics in fiction and nonfiction written in French, German, and Italian languages by eminent authors in bilingual (dual language) editions.

Wolf Pup Books has published over 140 titles in French-English, German-English, and Italian-English bilingual editions.

The aim has been to optimize the reader’s experience accessing the text with an e-reader. While the aim is to provide a translation that can be quickly accessed, the formatting should be such that it should not be overly obtrusive. To achieve this, the formatting of texts has been optimized for e-readers: translated text immediately follows a paragraph in original text. Paragraphs are almost always broken down into smaller chunks for easier reading. The translated text is given in cherry color, which is rendered as light gray in most monochrome readers.
